About Our Engineers

Richard J. Testa, Jr. has been a practicing structural engineer for over thirty years. As an expert in his field, he approaches each project with a careful review of the existing building, respecting the specific architectural and design nuances, while prudently utilizing structural engineering practices and regulations.

 

Rich attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute, in Worcester, Massachusetts for his undergraduate degree. He studied for his master’s degree in structural engineering at MIT in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He then studied for his master’s degree in finance at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. 

 

Rich is licensed in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Hampshire.

Jason Twomey is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he studied mechanical engineering and building and construction technology. He is currently working towards a civil engineering degree. Jason has been with Testa Engineering for five years.

 

Marc Windward is a 1983 graduate of Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. He began his career at Testa Engineering in 2018.  

 

Dori Kimbowa graduated from the University of Southern Maine and joined Testa Engineering in early 2018.
